Listening to Berhana’s HAN is a musical experience. It simulated the flight experience perfectly. His first title HN001 is an announcement for the beginning of the “flight” journey. In between the songs, he slips in other announcements (e.g. HN002, HN003,…) to keep the flight experience going.
The sequence of the songs are also placed carefully. Starting off with Golden, a slower BPM to get listener comfortable and keep comfortable. HN002 then announced raising the BPM to 110. So on and so forth. Ending the album was I Wasn’t Told, with elegance and grandeur.
What you get is the most cohesive project Berhana has ever released.
