During our weekend in Muar Johor, we checked out this rooftop glass cafe called Project Kaffeine. It is situated above Yong Sheng Gift Shop, occupying the top floor. The cafe is surrounded with french windows and provides a view of its surroundings.

We visited the cafe in the late afternoon. The cafe is slightly warm because of the glasshouse design but well ventilated with several air-conditioning and fans. There is a barista bar in the middle of the cafe, catching the most attention. If you haven’t noticed, there is an artificial tree holding the menus in the barista bar.
Plenty of food and drinks choices
Project Kaffeine offers a huge list of food and drinks. Additionally, there is a variety of cakes to choose from at the counter area.
We ordered a hot latte and a rose latte. It was served in a big cup and a generous amount of coffee. The hot latte was not to my liking as it was a little dial down. However, the rose latte was okay, it comes with a little sweetness to it.
We certainly look forward to tryout some cakes, maybe on our next visit to Muar.
Project Kaffeine is definitely suitable for those who are looking for a place to have a chat with friends and family after meals. The seatings are not crowded and the environment is comfortable. However, the low tables may not be suitable for those who wish to get some work done in a cafe. They do provide high tables but it is limited.
Overall, it was a good visit to this unique cafe in Muar. It was easy to spot and plenty of parking spaces. They also do provide a discount for Yong Sheng customers. So, if you are in Muar and after grabbing some souvenirs at Yong Sheng, why not give it a try.
